Enjoy this great Swiss Fondue Recipe

1. Heat up the wine and lemon juice in a saucepan
2. Start adding in the swiss cheese, pepper, and nutmeg
3. Continue to stir until cheese has melted
4. Transfer the swiss cheese mixture into a fondue pot

Swiss Fondue Recipe


3/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Emmentaler cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) Gruyère cheese
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg (optional)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cherry brandy (Kirsch) Cubed French bread or steamed vegetables
