Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the swiss cheese and flour
2. In a pan, heat up the beer until simmering
3. Add in the worcestershire, mustard, garlic, and pepper. Make sure to mix thoroughly
4. Add in the cheese gradually and continue to stir until cheese has melted
5. Transfer over the swiss cheese mixture into a fondue bowl

Ingredients

12 ounces beer
8 ounces swiss cheese , shredded (mild Irish swiss works best)
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
¼ cup flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves , minced
¼ teaspoon mustard powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
