Directions:

1. In a pan, mix together the beer, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder. Bring to a simmer.
2. Mix in the flour and make sure to mix well
3. Start adding in the cheese a continue to stir until cheese has melted
4. Transfer this cheese mixture into a fondue pot

Ingredients

6 ounces medium sharp cheddar cheese
2 ounces Emmenthaler Swiss Cheese
4 ounces of Coors light
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
