Enjoy this great Gruyere Fondue Recipe

1. In a mixing bowl, add together the grated cheese and cornstarch
2. In a pan, first add garlic, wine, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer
3. Star whisking in the cheese until the gruyere cheese has melted
4. Continue to mix until you have desired thickness
5. Transfer ofer the gruyere fondue mixture into a fondue pot

Gruyere Fondue Recipe


16 ounces gruyere cheese, rind cut off, cheese grated 
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¾ cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled and cut in half
1 to 3 tablespoons kirsch (clear cherry brandy)
