Enjoy this great Goat Cheese Fondue

1. Using a pan, heat up the cream and garlic until tender.
2. Add in the cream cheese and whisk until smooth
3. Add in the goat cheese and cornstarch. Continue mixing until smooth
4. Add in lemon juice and herbs
5. Transfer goat cheese mixture into a fondue pot

Goat Cheese Fondue


8 ounces rindless chevre (goat cheese)
8 ounces cream cheese (finely cubed)
1 cup heavy cream
1 garlic clove (crushed or minced)
1 1/4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh minced chives
1 tablespoon fresh minced basil
1 tablespoon fresh minced tarragon
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
ground pepper to taste
