Enjoy this great Classic Fondue Recipe

1. In a pan, mix together the cornstarch and Kirsch
2. Add in the win and bring to a simmer
3. Start adding in the cheese a bit at a time and mix until the cheese is melted
4. Add in salt, pepper, and nutmeg
5. Transfer the cheese sauce to a fondue set

Classic Fondue Recipe


   ¼ lb Emmental cheese
   ¼ lb Gruyere cheese
   2 Tbsp Kirschwasser (see note above)
   1 Tbsp cornstarch
   1 clove garlic
   1 cup dry white wine (like Chablis or Riesling or even a dry Champagne)
   Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
   Pinch of nutmeg
   1 day-old French baguette
